Use of Docioo does not create a doctor–patient relationship between patients and Docioo Technologies. Patients should contact their clinic directly for medical concerns.

Medical records and notes entered into Docioo are entered by clinic staff and providers. Docioo Technologies does not verify clinical accuracy of user-entered data.
